The development of road machinery-asphalt storage
This standard specifies requirements for the grade, type, and composition of highway asphalt storage, technical requirements, equipment acceptance, asphalt product packaging, sample retention, and measurement requirements.
This standard applies to highway asphalt storage.
Type: Types of highway asphalt storage include thermal oil heating asphalt storage and heat pipe direct heating asphalt storage.
The main equipment of asphalt storage includes asphalt storage tanks of different capacities, heating systems, heating furnaces, oil and heat pipes, pumps, valves, meters, electrical systems, etc.
The construction of the asphalt storage shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technologies approved by the prescribed procedures, and the design of the asphalt storage shall meet the requirements of GB 50074.
The supporting materials and accessories in the asphalt warehouse must have the manufacturer's certificate of compliance, and all parts can be used only after passing the inspection.
Each valve should be opened flexibly, work reliably, and set operating nameplates at prominent positions of the valves.
The delivery pump works reliably, runs smoothly, has low noise, and has no leaks at the connection.
The thermal insulation materials of heating tanks and oil pipelines and thermal pipelines shall be spread evenly, and the outer skin shall be tight and firm, smooth and smooth, and shall be riveted.
The nail is not cut or damaged by the outer skin and the skeleton during use.
The heating method is as follows:
a) Overall heating, suitable for asphalt tank with a volume of not less than 50 ﹪ in a single storage tank;
b) Layered heating, suitable for sending volume not more than 1/5 of storage tank capacity;
c) Local heating, suitable for users with special requirements who need fast and small quantity or need to send a small amount of high temperature asphalt.
Welding
Before welding and construction of the warehouse, the welds shall be cleaned of rust and oil, and after welding, the slag shall be removed.
All weld forms and dimensions shall comply with the requirements of GB / T 985, and the weld surface shall be uniform and tidy.
The welding seams of asphalt storage tanks and asphalt heating tanks shall be free from cracks, pores, burn throughs, leak welding, desoldering, and misalignment that affect the strength and sealing performance.
Painting
Prior to painting, derusting, degreasing and decontamination shall be carried out, and anti-rust paint shall be applied before applying the top coat.
The paint color of the storage tank is in compliance with relevant regulations such as corrosion protection.
The surface of the coating is even and smooth, and there is no peeling, blistering, paint leakage or paint marks.
Asphalt high temperature heating tank
Asphalt high temperature heating tanks shall have good thermal insulation performance. The hourly asphalt temperature drop shall not exceed 1% of the difference between the asphalt temperature and the ambient temperature.
The asphalt in the heating tank with a rated capacity within 50t should be able to be heated from 120 ° C to more than 160 ° C within 3 hours. The heating temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily.
The heating tank shall be provided with an over-temperature alarm device.
The heating tank shall be provided with a liquid level alarm device. When the liquid level reaches the specified position, in addition to the automatic alarm, the asphalt pump will automatically stop running.
The local heating tank (tank-in-tank) shall not have obvious deformation after being subjected to external pressure, and the automatic oil filling valve shall be opened flexibly.
Thermal oil heating system
The heat supply capacity of the heat transfer oil heating system shall meet the heat demand at the maximum production capacity of the equipment, and the temperature of the heat carrier shall not be less than 1.3 times the required asphalt temperature.
The furnace body of the heat-conducting oil heating furnace shall be manufactured by a unit qualified by the national security inspection and have a production license for this type of product.
The heat-conducting oil heating furnace shall have automatic control work function and safety protection measures throughout the process.
The volume of the heat-conducting oil tank shall not be less than 1.2 times the oil volume of the entire system, and a level gauge and an exhaust pipe shall be provided on it.
At least two electric circulation pumps are installed in the heat transfer oil circulation system, one is a working pump and the other is a backup pump.
The connection of thermal oil pipeline shall be reliable, safe and free from leakage.
The adjustable volume of the expander should not be less than 1.3 times the volume of the thermal oil in the system due to thermal expansion at the operating temperature. The temperature of the heat transfer oil in the expander should not be higher than 60 ° C under normal system operating conditions.
There should be a liquid level gauge and a liquid level alarm device on the expander. The corresponding device should be able to operate automatically when an alarm occurs.
