Preparation Before Installation of Asphalt Mixing Plant

Asphalt mixing plant is the important equipment in highway construction. If we want to improve the efficiency of asphalt mixing plant, we must do some work before starting the equipment, which can save more time, labor and cost during processing. Preparation before working is the basic of normal operation, and it is an essential part of producing qualified asphalt. What should we do for preparation? The tips are as follows:

 1. Transportation condition. If the transportation condition is not too smooth, the time spent on transportation will be too long, the temperature loss of asphalt concrete during the transportation will be great.

 2. The available land area size. Because of the raw materials to be stacked with a certain space, the normal operation of vehicles need enough space, all asphalt mixing plant requires a large enough floor space to meet these two requirements.

 3. Electric power supply, which ensures the normal operation of the asphalt mixing plant.
4. Check the amount of aggregate according to the ratio of cold aggregate, if any material is lacked, the amount must complete before production.
5. Preheat, check the oil amount of heat conduction oil furnace and asphalt valve position of the asphalt mixing plant, start the asphalt pump, check whether the asphalt can be from the asphalt storage tank to the weighing hopper.

 6. Environmental issues, the site selection must be far away from residential areas or densely-populated areas. It can not pollute the environment. It is of great importance to avoid waste gas,waste water and dust,etc.
