Functions of Automatic Asphalt Distributor

The product accomplishes heating and insulation  of asphalt through the direct-heating internal heating device and heat-conducting oil-type device. It is equipped with thermal insulation asphalt pump, insulation three-way valve and insulation pipe. It has advantages of compact structure, fast heating speed, simple operation, no need for diesel cleaning pipeline, etc. Besides, the price of this product is quite competitive. Functions:

1. Heating function: coal and wood can be used as fuel to rapidly heat the asphalt.

2. Spraying function: it can spray hot (modified) asphalt, diluted asphalt, emulsified asphalt, etc.

3. Filling function: the asphalt sprayer nozzle can be replaced by a filling nozzle, the asphalt paving maintenance work can be well accomplished on the cement road.

4. Pumping function: the asphalt is directly pumped from the asphalt tank, heating tank or other asphalt storage tank to the spreader.

5. It can be sprayed with other media such as emulsified asphalt and water.
