Under the leadership of Professor Li Taijie, Sinoroader has worked diligently and worked tirelessly to overcome technical difficulties and was the first to develop an intelligent asphalt distributor in our country. After more than 10 years of continuous development, the production of asphalt distributors has more complete specifications and models, and the tank capacity includes 4000L, 5000L, 6000L, 8000L, 12000L and other specifications. The car chassis can choose any model according to the needs of the user, the performance of the whole machine, the driving ability and a high degree of intelligence, and many functions have reached the international advanced level. As a representative of innovation in the new era, Sinoroader Intelligent Asphalt Distributor has five major technical advantages.
One is to replace the traditional fire tube heating with heat-conducting oil heating. The automatic thermal oil heating system has advanced technology and reliable operation. It uses auto-ignition diesel burner for heating, is equipped with a double-layer U-shaped fire tube, and adopts a omni-directional heat-conducting oil circulation design to heat the asphalt with gentle heating, which solves the shortcomings of local high temperature and easy aging of asphalt. Equipped with electronic temperature measurement and control device, the heating temperature is manually set, and the automatic control system can automatically ignite, extinguish the flame and keep warm within the set temperature range, which can be unattended. The heating speed is fast, meeting the demand of modern modified asphalt spraying temperature ≥175℃. The asphalt pumps, asphalt pipelines and nozzles are heated and insulated in all directions to ensure that the nozzles are not blocked; the spraying is reliable, without the need for torches before spraying, and without diesel cleaning after spraying.
The second is to reasonably configure the mixing system. A unique dual mixing system is configured for the distribution of rubber powder asphalt, which is driven by a hydraulic motor to ensure the horizontal and vertical mixing of the asphalt, so that the rubber powder and the asphalt can effectively fuse, and prevent rubber particles from depositing in the asphalt tank.
The third is the scientific and reasonable arrangement of spreader rods and nozzles. The asphalt spreading rod adopts a folding method to change the spreading width, instead of changing the spreading width by changing the spreading rods of different lengths. Equipped with independently controllable nozzles, not only can the spraying process start quickly and shut down completely, but also the spraying width can be set arbitrarily within the maximum spraying width (the step is one nozzle pitch). The piping arrangement and nozzle design are reasonable, to achieve three overlapping spraying, to ensure that the spraying is very uniform in the horizontal range. The advanced control system ensures that the amount of spreading is not affected by changes in vehicle speed and ensures the uniformity of longitudinal spreading, thus realizing even spreading. The use of hydraulic transmission technology has changed the defect that the adjustment range of the previous mechanical asphalt distributor was too small, and the spreading amount can be continuously adjusted in the range of 0.3-3kg/㎡.
The fourth is to apply microcomputer intelligent control technology. The spreading parameters of the asphalt distributor, such as spreading width, spreading density and asphalt specific gravity, can be manually set on the computer according to the road construction requirements and input by keyboard. In addition, the microcomputer can also provide the driver with a reference speed, and even the gearbox should be in gear. The reference vehicle speed given from the design point of view is an optimized result, which can ensure that the equipment is well matched with the engine and the asphalt pump within the range of the spraying parameters. Introduce vehicle speed to participate in the control. When the vehicle speed changes, the asphalt spreading system can meet the matching relationship between asphalt spraying and driving speed, so as to meet the large deviation of vehicle speed without affecting the spreading accuracy per square meter. Using microcomputer and single nozzle independent control technology, it can realize spraying on any surface at the work site, that is, each independent nozzle can be opened or closed during the spraying process to meet the requirements of special working surfaces. Even if the spreading width is changed, the spreading density remains the same. The LCD screen can feedback various parameters of the vehicle, such as the amount of spraying, vehicle speed, asphalt pump speed, spraying distance, and asphalt temperature and liquid level, to the driver in real time, so that he can understand the running status of the vehicle. The application of advanced radar speed measurement technology can eliminate the influence of factors such as dynamic radius changes and ground slippage on the amount of spread.
The fifth is to introduce compressed air into the operating system. Introducing compressed air into the operating system can not only control the asphalt valves and nozzles, but can also be used to purge the asphalt pipeline. That is, after the spraying work is over, the remaining asphalt in the pipeline can be pressed back to the storage tank, and all the nozzles can be purged to facilitate the next use.
