Aggregate ratio

When batching, you must wait until the corresponding aggregate bin of the required material has a low material level signal before starting batching. When preparing the first 3 pot materials, single-step batching control should be adopted. There are two reasons for this: First, it is convenient to check whether the supply of various materials is normal, and the second is to allow the operator to have sufficient time to make corrections.

When there is no material in each metering chamber and mixing tank, switch the system to continuous batching control. The operator only needs to monitor the changes in the result weight, corrected weight, real-time value, etc. in the mixing screen.

If an abnormal situation is found during the batching, the operator should immediately press the "EMER STOP" button to forcibly close all the feeding bin doors. To ensure that the function of the warehouse door control button on the console is intact, as long as the operator clicks, the corresponding warehouse door should be opened. However, in the interlocked state, if the metering chamber door is not closed, the feeding chamber door cannot be opened; if the mixing tank discharge door is not closed, each metering chamber door cannot be opened.

If the system software is abnormal during the batching process, the operator has two methods to restart: one is to turn off the system power and restart the system; the other is to click the "emergency reset" button to restore the system to normal.

Unloading aggregate

In the single-step operation state, if the operator does not press the "timing" button, the mixing tank discharge door will not open automatically. Click the "timing" button, after the wet mixing countdown is reset to zero, the mixing tank discharge door can automatically open. In the continuous operation state, the wet mixing time starts to count down when the signal is triggered when all the materials in the measuring bin are finished. If the truck is in place after the wet mixing time is reset to zero, the mixing tank discharge door is automatically opened. If the truck is not in place, the mixing tank discharge door can never open automatically.

After the operator clicks the open button of the mixing tank discharge door on the console, the mixing tank discharge door should be opened at any time to prevent the power circuit from tripping due to excessive material accumulation in the mixing tank.
