(2) Formulate a scientific overhaul and maintenance plan, do a good job in preventive maintenance, and try to eliminate equipment management faults in the bud. Focus on regularly checking the condition of vulnerable parts such as slurry mixing, lining plate and screen, and reasonably arrange the replacement time according to their wear degree and production tasks.
(3) Do a good job in parts management.Mobile asphalt mixing plant is usually located far away from the urban center, so it is relatively difficult to buy accessories. In order to ensure that there are sufficient accessories for replacement in case of equipment failure, a certain spare parts reserve must be guaranteed. Especially for vulnerable parts such as slurry mixing, lining plate and screen, the production and delivery cycle is generally one month, and it is usually required to ensure more than 3 sets of inventory accessories.
Production scheduling includes raw material scheduling, production team scheduling, transportation team scheduling and coordination and communication with personnel on the asphalt paving construction site. One dispatcher shall be set for each shift of the mixing plant to formulate the material supply plan according to the requirements of the construction plan; Organize the transportation team to put into the production process to ensure that the transportation capacity meets the production requirements; For the mixing plant with more than two asphalt mixing plants, the production team and batch shall be reasonably arranged according to the type of asphalt mixture to be supplied.
3. Quality control of raw materials and finished products
The quality control of raw materials includes asphalt raw materials, various crushed stone aggregates, diesel oil, etc., which are jointly controlled by materialman and laboratory personnel. Sampling inspection shall be conducted for asphalt raw materials during feeding to inspect their softening point, penetration, ductility and other performance indexes. When the crushed stone is fed, the appearance inspection shall be carried out first to check its specification, needle and flake content and whether it is weathered, and the sample shall be sent to check its mud content and crushing value. The quality of finished materials shall be jointly controlled by the production team and laboratory personnel. The production team shall carry out production in strict accordance with the grading, conduct appearance inspection and temperature inspection on the finished materials, and the laboratory personnel shall sample the finished asphalt mixture for Marshall test.
4. Safety production management
