Effect of initial pressure
The asphalt concrete is in a relatively soft state after paving by the paver. The initial compaction shall be carried out immediately after paving, and the light steel wheel roller shall be used for static pressure to make the asphalt concrete have a preliminary position and preliminary compactness, so as to ensure that there is no displacement during vibration rolling.
Effect of compound pressure
The re compaction shall be carried out immediately after the initial compaction, which can be carried out by large tonnage steel wheel vibratory roller or rubber wheel vibratory roller. The function of re compaction is to make the asphalt concrete pavement reach the required compactness, and the main function is compaction.
Effect of final pressure
Immediately after the re compaction, the static pressure of double steel wheel roller is used to eliminate the wheel trace generated during the re compaction and make the asphalt pavement flatness meet the requirements.
