What is the difference between cold mix asphalt and asphalt cold recycling?
Cold mix asphalt: also known as warm mix asphalt, it is an asphalt mixture technology that enables asphalt to be mixed and constructed at a relatively low temperature through certain technical measures, while maintaining its service performance not lower than HMA.
Cold mix asphalt: it is mainly realized by reducing the high-temperature viscosity of asphalt mixture with additional materials. At the same time, the advanced warm mix asphalt technology can make the warm mix asphalt mixture reach the performance of hot mix asphalt mixture, but it has many advantages compared with hot mix asphalt mixture due to its low mixing and compaction temperature.
Cold recycling of asphalt recycling technology: it can not only give full play to the "residual value" of old asphalt mixture, promote the recycling of old pavement materials, protect the ecological environment and reduce resource waste, but also transform the semi-rigid pavement structure into semi flexible structure, extending the service life of road asphalt.
2、 Different principles
