Asphalt mixing plant operating procedures

1. Before starting every day, check whether the valves on the equipment are open and closed normally, and whether the oil level is normal;

2. When the equipment is working, there are special personnel to take care of and inspect;

3. If the inspector finds that the equipment has an abnormal situation, he should notify the operation room personnel in time (such as hearing an abnormal sound, the local temperature is too high);

4. At the end of the daily work, the equipment should be maintained and maintained, especially the bearing maintenance of the induced draft fan, vibrating screen, and stirring pot;

5. At the end of the work, the asphalt material of the sewer and the material transport trolley must be cleaned to prevent inflexibility during the next day's work; 

6. The site must be cleaned at the end of the work.
