5. During the operation of the mixing arm, the staff cannot carry out the maintenance of the equipment without authorization. Maintenance can be carried out under the premise of ensuring safety. At the same time, the operating room must be informed. The operator can only restart the machine after being approved by outside personnel.

6. During the maintenance, people must fasten their seat belts when working in high places.

7. Be sure to turn off the power when servicing the equipment. When someone works inside the machine, someone needs to take care of it outside.

8. Regularly arrange personnel to conduct safety inspections on production equipment, circuits, electrical appliances, etc., and find and solve problems in a timely manner.

9. The mixed material transportation vehicles and material transportation vehicles entering and leaving the asphalt mixing plant shall be driven at a speed limit.

10. No smoking or open flames are allowed within 3 meters around the oil tanks of diesel tanks and tank trucks. The oil drainers must ensure that the oil cannot escape.

11. When placing asphalt, be sure to look at the amount of asphalt in the tank first, and then open the pump to open the asphalt, and prohibit smoking on the asphalt tank.

12. The staff in each position must raise a clear sense of safety, prevent negligence and prevent accidents of responsibility.

13. Anyone who violates the above regulations will be dealt with seriously. When a major accident occurs, the person responsible shall bear legal responsibility and corresponding economic responsibility.
