What are the reasons for condensation of bag filter?

Condensation refers to the phenomenon that when the water vapor in the air can reach the saturation state, if the ambient temperature continues to drop, the oversaturated water vapor condensate in the air begins to precipitate. Condensation will also occur in the bag filter.
What are the reasons for condensation?
1. Flue gas temperature too low
Condensation will also occur when the temperature of flue gas treated by the dust collector is close to or lower than the dew point temperature.
2. Pulse injection gas temperature too low
(1) When there is little difference between the compressed air temperature and the flue gas temperature inside the dust collector, condensation will not occur generally;

(2) However, in the north, when it is usually more than ten to tens of degrees below zero, the temperature difference between the compressed air injected by the pulse and the flue gas inside the dust collector is too large. When the compressed air is injected into the filter bag instantaneously, the temperature also decreases sharply, and condensation will generally occur.

3. The moisture content in flue gas is too high
Excessive moisture and high temperature of materials entering the bag filter will produce a large amount of steam, which will lead to bag paste and condensation of bag in the bag filter. For example, the clinker entering the cement mill has high temperature and high slag moisture. After mixing, a large amount of water vapor will be generated to improve the viscosity of the vent holes around the dust removal bag. After a period of operation, the dust collection effect will be greatly reduced.
4. The dust collector has air leakage
There is air leakage in the dust collector, which will suck a large amount of external cold air into the dust collector, so that the local air temperature of the dust collector decreases sharply, and the water in the air is analyzed, resulting in condensation.
5. The thermal insulation effect of pulse bag filter shell is poor
The shell of the pulse bag dust collector is of steel plate structure without thermal insulation. At this time, when the external cold air enters the dust collector, the flue gas temperature slowly approaches the dew point and the temperature is greatly reduced. At this time, the bag dust collector will condense.
6. No water repellent and oil drainage cloth bag is used for the pulse bag filter
Due to the large moisture content of materials in the finished product grinding section, the equipment and pipelines are easy to be blocked, and the dust removal cloth bag is very easy to condense and paste the bag, which will also lead to poor dust collection effect.
