How should we prevent the condensation of bag filter?

When dew condensation occurs in bag filter, we should start from the following aspects:
1. Control and stabilize flue gas temperature
When the flue gas temperature is low, temperature raising measures such as increasing the operating temperature must be taken immediately;When the temperature of treated flue gas is too high, cooling measures such as reducing operating temperature and cooling air shall be taken immediately;
2. Reasonably control material moisture
(1) It can also dry raw materials, fuels and mixtures to dry water;
(2) The water content of various raw materials (limestone, clay, iron powder), fuel (coal) and mixtures (gypsum and slag) required for cement production varies. If they are stacked in a fixed rectangular shed to prevent rain, the water content of materials can be greatly reduced, which is an effective measure to reduce the water content of materials;
(3) Drying equipment can also be installed to dry its mixture to reduce moisture.
(1) Air lock device with good sealing performance shall be adopted at the discharge port of the dust collector, and the air leakage rate of a pulse bag dust collector shall be controlled within the range of ≤ 3%.
(2) Eliminate the phenomenon of less welding and missing welding in the process of installing and manufacturing the dust collector.
4. Strengthen the thermal insulation measures of the dust collector
The thermal insulation of the dust collector generally adopts rock wool, aluminum silicate board, pearl expansive rock and other thermal insulation materials.
5. Dust removal cloth bag with waterproof and oil proof surface treatment shall be selected
It can greatly and effectively reduce the condensation and bag pasting caused by the dust collector.
