How to maintain the bag filter?

Whether the bag filter can maintain long-term efficient and stable operation, daily maintenance is very important. The daily maintenance of bag filter shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The operator shall be familiar with the principle, performance and service conditions of bag filter, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.
(2) If the oil change and ash filling device do not move normally, it shall be eliminated in time according to the regulations.
(5) When the bag filter works normally, the ash discharge device cannot stop working. Otherwise, the ash hopper will soon be filled with dust and overflow into the bag chamber, forcing the bag filter to stop working.
(6) When using the timed ash cleaning controller, it is necessary to regularly determine whether the ash cleaning cycle is accurate, otherwise it should be adjusted. When using the constant resistance pulse controller, the working condition of the pressure switch and whether the pressure tap is blocked should be checked regularly and cleaned.
(7) When starting up, first connect the compressed air to the air storage tank, connect the control power supply and start the ash discharge device. If there are other equipment in the system, first start the downstream equipment.
(8) During shutdown, after the process system stops, the bag filter and exhaust fan shall continue to work for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the dust removal equipment. It must be noted that when the bag filter stops working, the bag filter must be cleaned repeatedly (manually) to remove the dust on the dust removal filter bag, so as to prevent the bag from pasting due to the influence of moisture.
(9) During shutdown, it is not necessary to cut off the compressed air source, especially when the fan is working, compressed air must be provided to the poppet cylinder to ensure that the poppet is open.
(10) Regularly measure the process parameters of bag filter, such as flue gas volume, temperature and concentration. If any abnormality is found, find out the cause and deal with it in time.
