The heat transfer oil furnace mainly has the following influencing factors:
(1) If the diesel filter is not cleaned in time, the fuel oil circuit will be blocked, and the fire cut-off alarm signal will warn it. Therefore, the staff should clean the diesel filter first from the first stage filter screen. When the first stage filter screen is dirty, it is necessary to clean the second stage filter screen and the third stage filter screen. As for the cleaning method, diesel bubble cleaning and air blowing can be combined.
(4) The fuel pressure is insufficient, which is closely related to normal mechanical wear. The solution is: increase the pressure regulating valve on the high-pressure oil pump.
(5) Abnormal heat transfer oil pressure. Solution: turn off the burner and open the exhaust valve. In this way, the circulating pump will continue to operate. If the pressure is not stable after a long time, it is necessary to cool the oil and then check the filter.
